OneTokenMeter shows your own usage of third-party AI services. You agree to use the service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the terms of the services you connect. Some services offer no official usage API, so the app may read the same information their websites show you; this can stop working if a service changes.
3. Intellectual Property
The application, including its original content, features, and functionality, is protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws. Third-party names are used only to describe what the app connects to.
4. No Warranty
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. Usage figures may be delayed or inaccurate.
5. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Your continued use of the application after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
